OUR POLICIES

COURT RESERVATION POLICIES

  • We issue account credits for all court reservations that are cancelled.

 

JUNIOR PROGRAM POLICIES

  • Monthly payment is due at the beginning of each month
  • Pro-rated pricing is available depending on start date and availability
  • Must sign up for specific days
  • Students will be automatically re-enrolled unless you notify the office before the last class of the month
  • Please check with the pro shop to ensure we have your proper email address as this is how weather cancellations and other junior tennis updates will be communicated

HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM POLICIES

  • Monthly payment due at the beginning of each month
  • Pro-rated pricing is available depending on start date
  • Must specify which days your child is attending
  • HPP Classes are on rain or shine
  • Please check with the pro shop to ensure we have your proper email address as this is how weather cancellations and other junior tennis updates will be communicated

Cancellation Policies

  • Pro Shop will email weather-related cancellations and updates on junior program classes, so please make sure that the address on your account is current
  • Credits are only issued for classes canceled due to inclement weather
  • If you need to cancel a court reservation or class, you MUST call the appropriate pro shop.  Cancellations cannot be made online
ADULT PROGRAM POLICIES

  • If you are not sure what level/class you should be in, contact the office at oxnardinfo@agapetennisacademy.com.
  • Sign up online at www.agapetennisacademy.com to guarantee spot
  • Online registration closes two hours prior to start of class
  • Classes must have a minimum of 4 students by close of registration or individual class will be cancelled and an account credit will be issued
  • If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist
  • Payment is required at time of registration
  • Drop-ins for classes will be allowed if minimum number of students has been met
  • Credits will be issued for weather-related cancellations
  • Some classes might be subject to change for tournaments and other special events
  • Pro Shop will email weather-related cancellations and updates on adult program classes, so please make sure that the address on your account is current

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive an account credit, not a refund
  • Call the pro shop to apply your account credit for another class
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will not result in account credit issued, unless your spot is able to be filled by the waitlist

CAMP AND SPECIAL EVENTS POLICIES

  • Must have 4 campers to hold the camp. If camp is cancelled due to low numbers, an email notification will be sent by 5pm the evening before camp
  • Agape Jr Summer Camps are held rain or shine.
